SF(Elastic ring Spike type)Ductile Iron Fitting

1) Usage: For the attachment and joining of impact-resistant PVC water pipes (for repairs, etc.)

2) Features: Highly functional in separation through the application of a fastening-type elastic ring spike and convenient to construct by adding extra elasticity through an integrated pressure ring, which reduces the construction time

Product composition

1) Pressure ring structure to prevent separation

2) The structure of the expansion ring spikes

- Spike (ductile) + elastic rubber = the structure of the elastic ring spikes

- Integral ring shape that is installed on the inner circumference (360 degrees)

- The application of the compressed structure of the elastic rubber

- Responds to any changes in the formation of pipe joints flexibly

- The structure where the inclination angle of the inside surface of the pressure ring and the inclination angle of the outside surface of the spike corresponds (wedge structure)

Product advantages

- Assembly (crimping) bolts/nuts fastening = unified parts
- It is comprised of a structure in which the elastic ring spikes are automatically joined to the pipe

- Tightening the tightening bolts enables the rubber rings to be watertight and prevents the spikes from separation
- Fixing the pressor onto the bottom of the pressure ring and the top of the apparatus prevents the rubber rings from moving from its original place
